Acting on Supreme Court’s verdict on the gas tussle, the Ambani brothers companies, that is Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries (RIL) and Anil Ambani’s Reliance Natural Resource (RNRL) is likely to sign a gas supply pact next week, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources.
It is learnt that RIL-RNRL are likely to take the gas pact to government next week as both the parties have agreed on most of the terms of the new gas pact.The AGM of RIL is scheduled on 18 June.
Sources close to the development say that the existing GSPAs have been "suitably modified" for RIL-RNRL gas pact while the existing GSPAs are "not relevant" for Greenfield power plants
